Everything looks good, but it feels a bit pricey compared to other places offering the same services.
Most of the stylists are well trained and provide good service. I have found that Katelyn is the best for me. I would wait a week or two if she was not in the shop. Some time ago, I really needed a haircut but she was not working in Batavia. I called and found that she was filling in at the Aurora shop. I drove to Aurora for a haircut that day.
She could get my recommendation for anyone that asks.

I visit this Romeoville store every month. My past visit was easy, the online app makes the process smooth. The store always has adequate supplies if needed and the staff is friendly and skilled with their making sure all options are addressed, that any specials are mentioned should I be interested and I get the haircut that I enjoy.
Madison is great. She is neither too fast nor too slow. She pays great attention to detail. She listens. Last but not least, she does well with children.
