I like the convenience of getting online and scheduling my hair appointment. I am retired but busy with my home, wife and babysitting my grandkids. Your shops are always clean and you have enough stylists available so I do not have much wait time. I buy the season tickets to lock in my costs. I have been a loyal customer since you opened in Crystal Lake!
