Stylist Ashly was a breath of fresh air. She took care me every step of the way as this is my second time with her as my stylist. I can say she is truly one of the only reasons I now would continue coming to the store in Northbrook. After assisting me with my most recent past experience that left me dissatisfied (and wayyyy overcut), she has been helping to reshape my hair and grow it back over time to the style I really like. In both visits, she confirmed my expectations, talked me through the process, was thorough, quick, and offered options including upgrades and products. While other stylists are fine, Ashly has been the best I've experienced after being a customer of Sport Clips for many years both in the City of Chicago and in the suburbs.
