Personal attention and they keep a record of what i like. If my regular style team is not there or if I am traveling, the stylist knows from the notes what I like. You also sell the Seasons Tickets. I am 70 now and it really helps me with my budget.
By the way I still tip cash based upon the full price. These cutters are beautiful and talented. They deserve a decent tip.
