As always the stylist/Manager, Shanna is THE reason for my continued patronage of your establishment. However... she does have a certain employee who literally told me her name was another employee just so she could not get in trouble for suggesting that Shanna purposely mess up my cut because I wouldn't give Shanna a 10. Unbelievable! Well crafted deception right in front of her superior. On the bright side... Shanna's massage skills have greatly improved. There is one minor flaw. It's not performed long enough in my opinion. I would have to book two appointments in order to get what I want. But.. with every good there is always some bad. Shanna continues to request 10's for her review. This is highly unacceptable. You'll get what you get and either accept your score or learn/improve from it. Very unprofessional. As punishment... Shanna should be given nothing but flat-top clients for two weeks straight. Overall... the business is clean, the prices are great and Shanna does a job worthy of a 9.5. One may NEVER receive a 10 because how does one improve from perfection? See you three months!

Sport Clips has never gotten it wrong. They provide no matter who the stylist. I love whoever I get because they're friendly, caring and they want to ensure I look my very best. The last time I went, Heather was perfect in every way. She didnt force a conversation, she was easy to talk to and she made me feel incredibly comfortable.

Online check in makes the process very simple with very little in-store wait time. Jazmine does a great job with my haircut and is very friendly. She offers products that actually help with my hair and doesn't get too pushy with the sales aspect. Friendly environment and good products.

I never type these kinds of reviews, but I recently had my hair cut at the Glenview/Northbrook location by Almas and she was really, really great. I think it was one of the best haircuts that I have gotten in a really long time. I always do a full clipper cut with a 1/2 blade length. I try to keep my hair very short. Other hairdressers often scratch my head when they do the cut, which may be understandable since the blade is so short. But, Almas took more care and was obviously careful to not do that, but still got everything cut very tight. She was also very professional in how she handled the appointment. Every time I was about to ask a question, she honestly gave me the answer before I could even ask it out loud. From now on, if I see Almas in the store, I will always request her to cut my hair.
