The extra room around the seats. I don't feel like we are all crowded together. There are no children kicking my chair!
The popcorn, being able to get it myself and butter it how I like it, refilling if necessary.

Me and my son enjoyed the food and movie. One thing I wasn't happy with was my seat though. Thought I could recline my seat and when I did i found out I was broken. This isn't the first time, I really wish they would fix the chairs. That's one of the reasons I pick this theater and to have them broken its sad.

The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. The theater was clean and everything was well stocked. The temperature was just right and we really enjoyed the movie and the entire movie going experience. My 6 year old especially liked the Lyle Lyle Crocodile coloring and sticker package, an unexpected wonderful bonus! We'll be back soon!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I really like having our food delivered to us. We try and arrive early to get our pizzas/etc., but sometimes they aren't ready by when the movie starts, and I have to miss part of the film to go and get them. I don't mind paying the delivery fee to not miss the movie.
