What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Clean theater but your phone and online app need allot of work. It fails or gets stuck. Your fees for online are insane too. Pricing over all is high but we do enjoy our time there.

The theater is always clean. We like the self serve popcorn and drinks. It makes the concession line move quickly. Love the Tuesday $5 movies deals. My kids love the arcade.

Liked that you finally seemed to fix it where you can give phone number once for both points and to be notified when food is ready. Food took over 30 minutes so missed beginning of movie

Lines were short at concessions. Drink stations were clean. Restrooms were clean. Tickets were a little cheaper than your competitors. Movie started on time. Great experience.
