We’re there all the time- at least weekly. We love the newer and updated theaters. They’re very comfortable. We especially like your founder, Mr. Santikos, and the fact that you continue to give back to the community.

I like that I can get fresh popcorn when I request it since I’m not too sold on the troughs.
Please continue to allow this or we won’t be back.

I am so glad Santikos Cibolo is my local movie theater because this is also my favorite movie theater! It's nice and clean, the people are nice, and you have a great system for dispensing food!

It is very easy to buy tickets with the Santikos app. The theater chairs are very very comfortable! The theater is clean and has a wide range of menu items. I only go to Santikos Theatres. Prior to the theater at Cibolo, my family would travel to embassy Santikos watch movies!

The past few visits we have purchased our tickets and selected seats yet when we arrive someone is seating in our seat. Why not go back to open seating if selections are not being accommodated?

Military Monday is a really nice way to tell the local military in San Antonio that you support them and appreciate them. The location I visit is always clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoy our visits on Mondays!

The recliner seats are so comfy. The temperature & audio in the theater are perfect. I also like filling my own popcorn tub. Each worker I have interacted with have been most helpful & courteous. Customer service is key & y’all have it. Keep up the great work for us movie fans. 😊
