I’ve had a Santikos rewards card for years and last weekend, for the first time, an employee actually helped me use my rewards points for a free drink. No one has ever told me or showed me how the points work. It was great to finally enjoy something free when it’s been a tough year financially for everyone. Thanks that employee it put a smile on my face and helped my pocket.

I liked being able to get the refill on popcorn and soda myself without having to stand in line
while the movie was playing. Every employee was very nice and very helpful also.

The theaters aren't so cold you freeze, but, the halls are very cold. The bathrooms are clean. Prices have remained affordable.

Like the theater and the community support they provide. This theater needs some work though. My wife and I are very reluctant to sit in seats where they are wet with chemicals they use for cleaning the seat. Need more time between uses of theater to allow chemicals to evaporate or be absorbed into fabric of chair.

I went to see barbarian with my uncle who I always go to movie with. It great time only been other time when Gemini man came out. Great service and more than likely go over again regardless of the traffic towards there

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like the rewards program and the comfortable seats. I always feel very welcome when I come to Santikos and also the fact that profits are given to charity makes me feel good about spending money here.
