The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although it was packed when we went they took their time to help us out. We had a gentleman go above and beyond in help desk services that reminded us of the UFC fight and we were able to purchase and secure our seats before it got full. Food was great, we ordered the pizza, popcorn, and drinks, only complain was the pretzel was a little tough and dry to eat. Seats were very comfortable and everything was perfect, we will definitely be back and recommend to others!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Customer service was extremely willing to assist. The seating was amazing. The app was amazing. I was able to use my military discount on the app. The sound was amazing in the theater. The carpet was a different design than all other theaters. The bar and food place is so convenient and friendly. The staff are always great.

Always enjoy the experience and environment. Was very disappointed about the cleanliness of the soda machine area. Wasn’t like that prior to Covid and unlike the reputation of Santikos
