I like the fill your own popcorn and butter machine. Also the friendly staff that greet you when you arrive and say goodbye when you leave!

I appreciate the self serve drinks and popcorn. Assigned seating ensures that even if I am running late or there is a line to get in, my seat is going to be available. Seats are large and comfortable with a nice tray table. Sound system is great.

I take my handicapped friend to the movies regularly and my only suggestion I hope you can accommodate is to add an option for the person in the wheelchair to have their own tray that either lowers off the wall in their space or from their partner seat.

It’s a mile from my house in Cibolo! This theater stayed open durning the highly survivable covid virus outbreak. I refuse to patronize any other theater in Guadalupe County because Santikos is first rate all around. Clean, simple to get into and purchase tickets and the layout is good.

One thing I would change is an app to reorder drinks while in the theater. That would be nice.

Staff is friendly, theatre is clean and there is a lot of different things to do.

I enjoy the different food and entertainment options available in one space. I am disappointed in the clean thinness of bathrooms in the lobby though. The lobby bathrooms are always pretty dirty.

great theatre ... great food

The seats were comfortable. The temperature was perfect. The bathroom was presentable. The concession person was very friendly. The automatic ticket machine was a bit confusing but ultimately was fine. Other guests sat in our seats which meant we sat in someone else's seats and they were not very happy but I didn't feel like it was my job to tell the other guests to move. We go to Santikos whenever we can catch a movie and will continue to frequent your theater.

Great movies, comfortable reclining seats, free refills on popocorn and drinks, fun electronic games, great adult beverage bar, and clean theater and restrooms. Love Santikos for the entire family!

Theater is clean and everyone is super friendly!

Clean theater and bathroom. Also, not crowded early and lower prices on Tuesdays. Supporting local charities is a big plus.
