My service yesterday was absolutely phenomenal. The stylist took the time to work with me and give suggestions and make sure that everything was done well. I’ve often had hurried haircuts with less than ideal results. This was completely different and I knew the stylist was new to the company. She also did a phenomenal job of discussing products and additional services. I had her also trim and shape my beard and she was far better than I’d expected. This singular experience absolutely raised my standard for what I would like in a haircut.
I always just get a hair cut but the girls who cut hair at this location are always nice and they do a good job.

The manager of the Pocatello store welcomed me in the store personally and shook my hand. That kind of service is hard to come by these days and will be returning because I trust everyone at the Pocatello store to do a great job!
I like that the app lets me know when my haircut time is. I’ve been going there for several years and even though I’ve had many stylist they’ve all been courteous, polite, sociable, and nice.

Mandy at your Eagle, Idaho location is really incredible. Not just in the the quality of her work, but how she represents Sport Clips and builds strong relationships with her customers. She is a keeper!
Although I rate Sport Clips very highly, I would urge you to take a hard look at your phone application. It has the ability to do everything needed, but the flow and confirmation of appointments can be dodgy. Basically just launch some confirmation screens that require action and independently display the results. Again, great functionality, just improve the navigation.

Got in the lineup 25 minutes out, arrived with 4 minutes to go and was first in line. Got Cassidy a second time and she did a great job both times, will request her next time. She is a class act, asked me while checking out, your'e not old enough for a Senior Varsity are you? Yes and could probably make the Senior, Senior, Varsity! Great Job!!

I took my eight year-old in for a haircut. This thing his first time he received the MVP treatment. The stylist was so incredibly kind and great with my son. I can’t get over what a great experience it was for him and he had to call off his friends and family and tell them about it.
