I like that I have a regular set of stylist I can count on.
I was less than pleased with my service this time but was reticent to say anything as the stylist was new and I didn't want to discourage her.
She clipped my neck several times and missed several spots of my haircut. It wasn't too busy that day but I definitely didn't want her to feel embarrassed as there were a lot of stylists on staff that day. I had to get my hair recut by another salon to straighten out the edges.
