The check-in process was easy to use. I went in on a busy Saturday morning and almost every station had a stylist making my wait time very short. My stylist was new to me and was very open with communication, feedback and my preferences.

I am impressed with how Lauren cut my hair. It's been some time since I've had someone who can do a bald fade correctly. Unfamiliar with her work I was definitely anxious. The way she cut, trimmed, and lined me up, it was amazing! As was she. Lauren's work was flawless!!!! The conversation was nice as well.

My stylist was fantastic. Fun , kind, professional, and creative. I also love the online booking. If I need a haircut, I can figure out what time or even on the fly. I can see even if I have a spare 20 minutes of my day that I can just happen for me. Thank you, sport clips.
