Melissa has always been great as my hair stylist. Understands what I am looking for in a haircut. This is no negative on her, but I would be curious if the facility may be time for an update. The massage chair situation seems very tight to work around if it is busy as well as the chairs do not seem real comfortable as I practically need to sit in a way that I am unable to take advantage of the massage chair as my body type does not fit well with the standard setup it seems.
The App experience has been a plus over the years but can be cumbersome at some points when looking to schedule an appointment.
Overall satisfaction is that the customer service has always been second to none when working with Melissa

The young lady knee pretty much what I was looking for even though it was a different style and I had not been in for a year.
I like the mvp treatment, the hairwash, warm towel and massage are all reasons I choose sports clips over other haircut spots.

The technology of checking in on line, and checking in at the store makes it easy to make an appointment with little lead time, and also have a secure spot in line. The consistent quality of the professionals that work at Great Clips. I may not have the same person every visit, but I am always sure I will be happy. The young lady that took care of me yesterday is familiar and probably cut my hair 3 times in the last year!
Danielle was extremely helpful, she did a fantastic job, her and Kylie helped me figure out a credit issue without difficulty. They both deserve to be recognized for their professional manner.
