Checked in on the mobile app. Arrived about 25 minutes later. Logged in and only waited about 5 minutes. Have received great hair cuts from all the stylists. I always select "first available". They are all good.

I appreciate the convenience of getting in line on the app before I arrive and getting an estimated wait time. I always feel like the service is great, nothing is being rushed and I like that they have notes about how I want my hair so it's consistent each time.
