I CHECKED IN ON LINE. PROCEEDED TO STORE AS THE APP SAID AND WAS NOTIFIED I WAS NOT IN LINE UP ANY MORE SOON AFTER. I WAS REMOVED FROM LINE UP. I WALKED IN AND WAS PUT BACK IN LINE UP BUT BOTTOM OF WAIT LIST BEHIND OTHERS WHO WERE NOT EVEN IN THE STORE. A 44 MINUTE WAIT WAS POSTED FOR ME THEN. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT TO KEEP AND WAS ANNOYED BY THE POLICY YOU HAVE NOT PUTTING ME AT TOP OF LIST. I COULDN NOT WAIT ANY LONGER AND LEFT. YOU NEED TO REVISIT YOUR APP OR STORE POLICIES TO TREAT REPEAT CUSTOMERS BETTER. YHIS ALL HAPPENED AT YOUR CALDWELL IDAHO STORE ON CLEVELAND BLVD. I DROVE 18 MILES TO GET HAIRCUT.
Megan was friendly and easy to work with. She took my general comments of “like this, but shorter and better” with a calm smile and made me look great. I was also in a hurry and she respected that time and got me on my way quickly. It was extremely appreciated.
