My stylist was very professional and very easy to work with. There was, however, a different stylist who was extremely condescending and rude when I first walked in and was sure what exactly I was supposed to do to check in.

Very friendly staff
Prompt, efficient, seem to have the same approach to my head regardless of the stylist. Some, however, are gentler than others. Fin one you like and stay with that one even if you have to work around their schedule.
Eliza always does a tremendous job for me. She stopped near the end of my cut to help a new associate. She was kind and helpful to him. She is a great leader as well as an awesome stylist. I always prefer to have her cut my hair, but the others always do a great job as well!
