All of the stylists are very knowledgeable and talented. There is only one issue I have and that is the check in process. I got in line on my app and when I arrived in the store and confirmed I was there, it moved me to an hour back even though I arrived at the proper time. Thus, I wasn't able to receive my haircut from the stylist I wanted.

Since I moved to Idaho I made sure to find a sports clips. Every time I go i make sure that Kori is there. She is my preferred stylist, if she's not there i go back when she's available. She knows exactly how I like my cuts/ style, she's great to talk with, very friendly and sweet!
