App is great, I can see wait times on the app and plan what time I leave my house/work and not waste time in waiting room, if wait time is long I can get “in lineup” and run an errand, I can also choose and favorite my preferred stylist. The staff is great, I enjoy them joking and having fun even during a long Saturday. Catrina did a great job, I was in a time crunch and she got me a great cut and still had time to get the hot towel, one of my favorite parts, and get me out ahead of schedule! Great experience!

I like the extra pampering of the “ultimate”. It’s a little expensive, but ultimately I feel like it’s worth the extra. I also like the tee tree hair gel.
