I like pretty much everything. The sports theme, TVs, friendly staff, reserve a time on the app, haircuts, wash, massage. All is great. I don't see the computer screen at check out, but it seems the software might be more difficult than it needs to be?

I love the hot towel, and that I can get my hair cut without smelling all the dyes and other chemicals common in salons. I am female and keep my hair in a fairly short style. Don't get me wrong, I like getting color and such done, but it is some smelly stuff. For just keeping it trimmed up, I'm all for not having to smell it. Despite being a girl, I have never been made to feel out of place at Sports Clips. I know I'm not the expected client base, but we "not girly girls" appreciate being able to go somewhere relaxing, fun, well-priced, and with the perks of a hot towel and massaging shampoo. Honestly, Sports Clips does a better job at the shampoo bowl than some of the high-priced salons I've tried over the years!

Products feel great and have that nice soapy smell. Service was excellent. I was asked questions before my haircut to ensure the right cut and the service was great. I had good service. :)

First of all, while I miss Jasmin like a junkie misses junk, Ashley has become my new go to for haircuts, laughter, and Ultimate MVP experiences galore. Ashley has a way about her…kind, gentle, funny and actually really good at giving haircuts. What more could someone ask?
I rate her ten out of ten, but the store still gets 9 out of ten because I personally don’t give a darn about the sports on the televisions.
Give Ashley a raise. Buy her a puppy. Surprise her with a bunch of paid time off. She’s keeping the fort…fort like.

Went in and was fortunate to hook up with Kayli O. She listened to my request for how I wanted my hair to be cut.
She did a nice job, so says my wife! I agreed!
I am not a touchy-feely guy, so I was a little out of my comfort zone with the hair wash and massage. But I am very satisfied with the service and the haircut, great job.
