The bike I had replaced through insurance after being hit by a car was not able to be sourced in Victoria. The retailer, who had the bike, arranged with Cyclescape to have it sent there to be built up.
Cyclescape were amazing. While the retailer in NSW was quite difficult do deal with, slow to respond, slow to send the bike, etc... Cyclescape could not do enough to help out. All this despite not having the bike sold through them.
I could not recommend the service at Cyclescape more highly.
