Every time I enter the shop, it feels like home. You’re not a customer at Cyclescape Bendigo, you’re family and you feel that way with every visit. The service and workmanship is world class. Cannot recommend this workshop more highly.

Great products and friendly service. Only gripe was when I was looking for a 32mm bike tyre that wasn't in stock, they didn't offer to see if they could get it in from another store. I ended up ordering it online from another Trek stockist myself. Maybe that's not a service they provide?
For an older rider, who never wears Lycra but has ridden for a lifetime, the friendly professionalism of the staff has reignited my love for my bike. At this point in life nothing beats my ‘Trek’ except another.
