I contacted the Ballarat Store after an online search. I live in New Zealand and was hoping to purchase a balance bike and helmet for my grandson in Victoria.
My first contact was with Sam and he was very helpful but I needed to phone back about transport etc and then got Steve. The guys were wonderful, excellent customer service, they went over and above to see my needs met. I will definitely be back for any future bike purchases. You made it so easy and I am very grateful. Thank you from this side of the ditch.

When we purchased our TREK electric bikes, Phil was outstanding. He took the time to understand our needs and made recommendations based on that. Any follow up we have had has always been delt with very quickly and in a friendly and courteous manner.

Customer Service is excellent
I had a fantastic experience in the store on Saturday morning. I wasn’t sure what to expect when taking my bike in, but was welcomed by the team and made to feel like I was valued.
The service was outstanding and the result from the work done on my bike has been really great! I came home and told my partner that this is where I’ll be taking my bike, and have since encouraged others to do the same!
Thanks again to the whole team who were working on Saturday morning for making me feel like I mattered! It meant a lot and I look forward to many hours of riding before popping it back in for its service in a few months!

Just fantastic and friendly service. Dropped bike in for premium service including shock and fork service. Got it back within a week running like brand new. Even got a phone call with an update and permission to put on a new chain. If only they sold Norco...
