I went to a restorative yoga class there last week with my daughter.. The teacher was beyond divine and the studio was welcoming and peaceful, with a friendly vibe.

Location is always very clean, the staff and instructors are friendly and knowledgeable!

Amazing! Christina G was a great instructor. This was my second time trying yoga and she was super helpful, upbeat and informative. Certainly will be back!

Great instructors and staff. The classes are accessible to a wide range of experience levels and most exercises are offered with different varieties to scale their difficulty.

The instructor (Sophie) was so friendly and kind! This was my first time trying CorePower and I absolutely loved it. I felt very welcomed and comfortable in the space. Sophie is an amazing instructor! Will definitely be back! 🤩

Classes are challenging but also flexible for all levels. Even though I can't do everything, I don't feel outcast. All the teachers are talented, knowledgeable, kind. Great showers for after a sweaty yoga class!

Calm, relaxing and strenuance all at once. Works on muscles not used, streches and elongates spine and other muscle groups, focusing on thought, intention and breathing.

I loved taking the yoga sculpt class with Adrianna. Her instruction was clear and the class was challenging but fun! I loved the music in her playlist too. I will definitely go back to take more classes. Great way to spend a Sunday! Can’t wait to take more of her classes

I came from out of town on a weekend trip looking for a hot yoga class and came to CorePower.

Steven was kind and welcoming when I arrived, and was accommodating to my low impact needs. This yoga sculpt was one of my favorite hot yoga classes I’ve ever taken — you could tell the class was really thoughtfully put together and I loved how each part flowed.

The staff is super friendly and supportive. The studio is always very clean!

To the individual reading this,

Having little to no experience in yoga i was pleasantly impressed by the Core power community. everyone is extremely accepting and welcoming to all skill sets. i personally take the Yoga Sculpt class Tuesdays at 5pm and although it may appear i am dying i am thoroughly enjoying myself. the facilities are top of the line and as a novice "yogi" i would highlty reccommend this studio to any and all who would listen.
Now my instructor on Tuesdays is Amanda Hyssong and she is just an absolute joy and undeniably a subject matter expert in the realm of yoga. the way i would describe Ms. Hyssong and her practice is she is undeniably a herculean instructor her knowledge on yoga and specifically sculpt is top of the line. She is a tenacious motivator hands down just the pure definition of grit, determination and just absolutely gets after it. It would be a injustice to not give amanda her flowers. I truly enjoy her class and would reccomend it to anyone who wants a great workout and is ready to get after it.
