The instructor ran a thoughtful and detailed workout that was physically demanding but rejuvenating. The facilities are in a good location and clean.

Such a challenging workout!!! I love it. I’ve done many yoga sculpt classes before but this one was the best ever. Melissa was my instructor and she is so energetic and kind, made all the difference! Definitely coming back!

Excellent classes and instructors, especially at Little Italy. There is consistency across the classes and programming / education at core power seems to be a priority. I’ve been to classes in the Bay Area, Hawaii, and San Diego. The energy, difficulty, consistency, standards of excellent instructors certainly elevate the core power brand.

I am happy I found core power. Your secret sauce is in your stand out instructors and studios.

The whole experience is amazing. The teachers are great, with Ann W being the best! She is so encouraging and helpful.

I love the style and coming up sweating. Yoga Sculpt is my favorite class as I stretch, sweat, and get the weights and cardio in. Parking can always be challenging so I always try and get there early.

The instructor took her time with each pose so we can get it right but still moved at a good pace.

Great teachers, wonderful variety of classes. The addition of CSX classes and more CoreRestore classes has allowed me to increase my cardio fitness and health by leaps and bounds.

The studio is beautiful, I enjoyed hot yoga classes with experienced and knowledgeable instructors. The classes were great and instructors shared variations for all levels, making the class adapted and more or less challenging, based on what you needed!
Also the one week free offer is absolutely great!

Great classes great teachers. I keep going back even though the classes are so challenging. There is consistency in Little Italy. Every class has strong teachers.

Jez was great. She adjusted the class to my ability and was very friendly.

I've only been to two classes so far, but I really enjoy the vibes and how helpful the instructors are. I also love how they'll notice if one is new etc.

Elizabeth's class on Friday afternoon was awesome. Great sequence and cueing. Quality instructor. I look forward to taking more of her classes.

At the Little Italy studio, teachers are always friendly and eager to get to know the students. The facility is clean, providing after class health produces and lockers and space needed to dress for class and shower after. The lobby entrance is light with colorful clothing and products for sale.
I especially enjoy Angel E's HPF class. He is connected to the students before, during, and after class noticing what will be helpful and learning about us as he shares himself. He notices how students are practicing and gives valuable cues and adjustments, encouraging us to play our edge with ease and respect for where we are at the time.

Quality of instructors and frequency of classes.

Rachel was an amazing instructor as she was very thoughtful of everyone’s need in the class. She was methodical in her teaching and every movement had a purpose for the next one. I will definitely stop next time I’m in San Diego to take her class again.
