I'm grateful to attend classes at Little Italy. On Tuesday I enjoyed being guided by Jez in her C2 class. She is a creative, focused, fun, and supportive teacher. I have attended several classes with Angel and Rachel. They two are dedicated, welcoming, and helpful in teaching Hot Power Fusion and C2. Though they have different styles, they both teach in ways that are uplifting, encouraging as they guide us to be in our body/mind and gain benefit from our practice. The studio is always clean and bright. I appreciate that we can have showers and that CP provides products to take advantage of being clean and refreshed after classes.

consistently on time, consistent teachers, consistent schedule and class offerings. small to medium size classes for the most part. modifications are encouraged if needed. always friendly.

Every class taken so far has been incredible, the instructors are kind & helpful. I am hooked and have signed up for the monthly membership

I appreciate the schedule and variety of classes that are available. My schedule is always changing but I can usually find a class to fit my schedule. I also appreciate the variety and friendliness of the staff/instructors. I also take away something beneficial from each instructor!

The Restore class was a great experience- the extra hands-on assistant and tuning forks additions was a pleasure.

I was visiting San Diego for work and attended 2 classes here. Great instructors with very good flows.

I very much like coming to Little Italy and I am there a lot. Would definitely recommend.

However I want to bring to your attention that if feels as if Little Italy has a larger number of people that leave class early. And it looks like it is very often the same people that just do it habitually and not because they have some emergency or other important reason. It is extremely distracting for everyone else, especially in full classes when people literally walk and tip toe around you for minutes to put their stuff away. The other day I had someone standing above me cleaning a block while I was trying to relax.

In other studios that I go to frequently it does not feel like it is that many people and so consistently. As a matter of fact some instructors even tell people not do this unless it is an emergency and they should let them know in advance. I would love this for Little Italy too,

I took Luciana's and Sophie's classes this week. They were both fire. Stoked!

Christina is a great teacher. Challenging, structured, teaches, and motivates us.

Clean studio and the class was great!!! Rachel is kind and a supportive teacher.

Had a great experience. Luciana led the class providing insight, instruction, and encouragement. The class was challenging and well sequenced. I feel physically and mentally motivated to continue with my own teacher training.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Amanda! She teaches a very spiritual class. I always leave in a much better place than when I get there. Her music flows with yoga, not distracting and she doesn't have to shout to compete with the music like some instructors

Great facility, well run, positive instructors.

The instructor was awesome! I was coming to the class from out of town and she was so welcoming, got me everything I needed for class. It was a GREAT flow. Highly recommend

So glad I had the opportunity to get a free week of lessons. I participated in Tuesday, Wednesday, afternoon 1:30pm, 3pam teaching courses. The teacher is very experienced and professional. She patiently guides students when they practice. I like her teaching very much.

Maureen is hosting some incredible yoga classes, and I return for her chakra series. Additionally, the candlelight element really helps set the mood for spiritual ascension. I have been telling friends who have been taking the series with me, and my hope is to make Maureen’s chakra series a way to reconnect with my inner self as I move through this journey of life. 🌹🌞💚

Stevens classes are always excellent. . Consistently challenging with great energy and instruction. He classes are also always full. Highly recommend Steven’s classes.

Best studio ever! Love Maureen’s class - I can always count on memorable theme and trying new things.

I did not feel judged nor made to feel uncomfortable at all. It was a lovely experience for my very first yoga class!

Yoga studio is very clean and the C2 class by Rachel was awesome. Great teacher with a calm presence and strong communication. The music playlist was very enjoyable.

I loved the core restore class.. it was a very nice gift for my nervous system. I came to visit from Panama.
