Great experience

The instructor is amazing! She is a great teacher, instructor! All the above and she is super friendly. I enjoy the facility and it is very clean!

The instructors are great, several classes/types of classes available at different times of day, we feel welcomed and it's a great workout. I feel so energized the rest of the day!

The only critique I would have is every class is hot (level 2 sweat) and I find myself drenched head to toe in sweat, which isn't the most pleasant experience every single time I workout. If there were a couple classes that weren't so hot (under 85°), that would be a great option. For this reason, and only this reason I would not become a member.

I had an amazing experience at CPY Little Italy. The teacher, Alyssa B, created such a thoughtful and intelligent sequence that my body felt better than it has in a long time after class. I also got to meet Angel at the desk. The two of them were so welcoming, and it truly felt like I’d stepped into a home away from home as soon as I entered. Can’t wait to come back!

Matt is an amazing teacher. I go to his class as often as possible. CPY lost a ton of amazing teachers and I hate to say it but the pickings are slim. I also love Luciana,Gina, Damon and a few others. I have been exploring other studios because the classes are hit and miss. A C2 could be challenging or it could feel like a C1 which is a bummer. I hope things get better. I know a lot of teacher have left and gone to other studios. I think you may want to ask yourselves why and try to hold on to those teachers that grow CPY. They are the heart and the attraction.

I like the flow, and it’s usually not too crowded at the Little Italy studio.

The infrared heating at the Little Italy studio!! Also the classes have not been super packed so I can always get a good spot.

Wowwwwwww! Matt's class was incredible! His intricate knowledge of the body felt so wonderful as he guided us through twist, turns and balances. He was supportive with his words while challenging our bodies and minds to find our personal edges. I would take his class 100 times over.
