I stopped in on Saturday afternoon, I was in the middle of a ride, when i developed a problem with my valve stem on my Beargrease. I was hoping someone could take care of it on the spot as i wanted to continue with my ride. Your guy greeted me at the door a told me sure we can hellp, 15 minutes later i was back on the trail. Extremely happy. My friend who was with me purchased a brand new Salsa Mutluk Carbon from Freewheel the next day.

Knowledgeable about all bikes

I have a twenty year old trek with lots of miles on it. I took it in for the December tune up deal. It needed a lot of work. Let me start with, I got there at 645. They close at 7. The sales person and a mechanic worked with me until after 8. They gave me pluses and negatives of the repair and showed me what the purchase of a new bike would cost. Never during this time was I pressured either way. I chose to have them rebuild my bike I really love. Though, I havent had a chance to ride it yet. The bike looks new. I cant wait for spring now. The staff there is wonderful. If you need a bike repaired. Go see them.
