I really appreciated how thoroughly the mechanic inspected my bike explaining at each step what he was checking and why. And I particularly appreciated him confirming the bike was in good shape and that a tune-up really wasn't warranted. That level of thoroughness and honesty means a great deal and will be remembered any time I need parts, service, and when the time comes to replace the bike.

Everyone was very helpful. The young lady that showed us our new Electric Trek Bike was very knowledgeable on the bike. She had me try out other styles to make sure I was getting the right fit for my body and the kind of riding we were going to do.
The young man that went thru the bike to make sure it was ready to go. He explained the in and outs of the bike with my husband and recommended different accessories that we may want for the bike to make our rides more enjoyable. Thanks to everyone
