I like the friendly and professional haircut that I get at sports clips. But I was dissatisfied with the online check-in program. There should be a way to schedule a certain time for an appointment. Is that a possibility?

I did not buy any products. My stylist was Nataya and she cut my hair exactly how I asked, she shampooed my hair, gave me a hot towel and massaged my shoulders and back with a massage tool. It was heavenly. I felt like I was on vacation at an expensive hotel in their spa.
Nataya is great.

Arrived 15 minutes before the time given for the online checking, waited over 1/2 hour past the online checking time. System did not work well

One of the worst cuts I've received there. Missed spots, one side is different from the other in the back. Just lazy. And was charged full price for just going around the perimeter and cleaning up the edges. Won't be going back to that guy ever.
The hair cut was awful, sideburns didn't match up and the neck line of my hair was completely crooked, really one of the worst hair cuts of my adult life.

Just not good. Didn’t cut my hair correctly. Left huge wings on each side and didn’t look like the picture i showed at all. Also went way too short. None of the employees here can listen to requests
