The gym needs more than 2 bikes for the Seniors to ride. I have tried many times to be accommodating to find a time to get on the bike. I have come early and as late as after 4:00. Most of the personnel are helpful especially the young man, David. Even if he is not on his shift, he tries to assist you.
I really like the idea if you don't want to attend a class you can go to the weight machine.
Also, I do enjoy some of the classes on certain days.
Ty he exercise classes are fun and not too crowded!
It’s nice that I have options to choose from like a spin class or a dance class or basketball.

I enjoy the silver sneakers and low combo impact classes. Regarding other activities such as the monthly potluck lunches allows me to interact with other members who I have not met through the course of the week.

I like the work out rooms. The staff keeps them nice and clean. Also the staff is so friendly and courteous. They address you by your name. So personable.
