I like the friendly way the front desk greets you. The environment in the exercise area is usually relaxed with a respectful environment. No disrespectful language etc. The machines are usually in good working order. Very clean.
The exercise programs help me to keep my weight under control but I have always loved the exercises and I still do them even when I am at home and cannot come there.
