There is variety and staff are always happy to help
I only use the weight machines but like them. However, a "new and large" sign needs to be placed up where most of the weight machines are. That is the old racquetball court. The sigh needs to say:
PLEASE DO NOT SIT ON THE MACHINES AND TEXT, TALK OR LOOK AT FACEBOOK ON YOUR PHONE!
On a positive note, all of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Particularly Any and David!

Health and fitness lead to a better life and the facility is providing essential classes to serve this purpose. Instructors are on top of the proper requirements inthe catagory of all ages.
