There is a wide range of activities!
As a retiree, the morning classes work well; however, it would be great to have some Silver Sneakers evening classes as well. The field trips are on point.

I love the pool! I wish it was open more. I walk on the treadmill.Sometimes I have a hard time getting up the stairs because of my knees. Everyone who works there is very nice and friendly! The teenagers come there a lot! It’s a good place for them to work out and be safe. I’m glad we have a YMCA in our neighborhood!
Senior activities are great. I have to pay for membership so am hoping you don’t have to cancel any classes as our instructor is leaving. Our main instructor arranged our trips, luncheons and other activities so am hoping they find someone to replace her Great place to meet new people and keep active.

I enjoy the W.D.Ley ymca due to the astosphere. The health benefits provided by quality trained staff.. this brings community together for the good of all.
