Yes at lot
The daily exercise programs are very good. There is no time limit or machine limit for the
activities.

I like most of the group classes. You can always go to the wellness center. The staff is very helpful and professional.

Everything theres different activities for everybody I would like it more if they would add line dancing or ballroom dancing I just love to dance and that would be very exciting

It's a family place.
I love YMCA all the way. The gym, the activities they have every day, the staff and the trainers are always very friendly… I recommend it 10 out of 10 :)
OA classes are fun...need more variety

Zumba and Cardio
Everything thing, but some if the workout machines need to be fixed like the stair master. It hasent been fixed for a couple of months.
The Zumba classes
The gathering place in the community. Health is #1 source of their goal. Well trained instructors and pleasant front desk trained to befit the membership. Staff is open to suggestion and provide a suggestion form. Limited community speakers.

Every employee at this facility is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of all activities and programs.
The HITT classes with Rodney and Issac. The cycling class with Franny. All good instructors
