Quick to respond to urgent & immediate concerns.
During Flu Season, take extra care in sanitizing & disinfecting facility. Especially restrooms, shower, washing areas.

I have become more active thanks to the Silver Sneakers exercise program. Also I have a social circle among the active older adults there.

I am encouraged by the variety and the people skills of the entire staff. I believe the positive attitude by the staff is healing for the variety of guest.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love that I can go to my workout when ever I want and I don't have to keep up with what other people are doing. My pace is my pace, and not what Susie, Sally, and Shinequah's pace. I'm thankful that I can do what my body will allow me to do and progress as I am able to without pressure. I was hesitant to start a membership because I didn't want to bite off more than I can commit to.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Workout class on MWF lead by Keith. Great instructor. Staff members are so kind and helpful (Terri and Amy). It’s a pleasure to be around such warm and inviting people. It doesn’t feel like a staff lead facility yet it’s more of a warm and family atmosphere.

The exercise Classes are variety filled with excellent instuctors...Additionally this facility has a home feel and offers classes for seniors. The staff is great and the personal trainers are great!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Well first of all the whole staff is very friendly I like that. I’ve done some of the exercise classes I have really enjoyed that. I have gone on some of the trips that the Y offers and I have really enjoyed them. And I like the Y because it’s very convenient for me it is close to my home
