There are a variety of programs to accommodate your level of fitness.
I love this place Mrs. Tracie and Amy are awesome in the early AM. Keith is a amazing coach and his classes are so fun and worth the 5am wake ups. Lorena Spin class is super fantastic. You will definitely burn calories and feel awesome.

I like the fact that the Y have programs for Senior’s as well as activities for them to attend.
I love the Y staff and programs. The hours and location are also a bonus. I would definitely recommend.

The program seems to geared to everyone young and older adults different type of exercise for all very knowledgeable instructors very friendly personel a very good and friendly enviroment love coming to the Y
It’s a good clean family friendly place.
I like everything about the YMCA the only thing that I wish someday they can come up with the inside pool we seniors need more exercise in the water and outside pool there a lot of seniors taking medicine for h.blood pressure and you can't be out in the sun.
In addition to the many cardio machines, I especially like the activities for seniors.
Need more water aerobics for seniors
I find the staff friendly and sometimes helpful. The programs for seniors are good since the cost is covered by insurance. I would like to join the weight loss program but cannot afford it unless it is covered by my insurance.
It's affordable. I like how YMCA gives families that aren't gym members, the opportunity to register their kids in the programs.
The many activities for the Seniors to stay physical fit. Also, the core of the weights to began an active regime of getting the muscles tone for longevity. The inter reaction with the staff on things that will be helpful for a longer impact on the body.
Most on the activities that I am doing are excellent service!
It give my son the growth he is needing to advance in basketball and to communicate with other kids, its also very fun to watch the games and just to watch my son grow its so heart warming.
