Silver Sneakers is outstanding! So much fun. There are so many activities to be involved in and stay active. Too many people to meet. There's no reason to be a couch potato anymore. 🤗
Would like to have yoga classes in evening when I get off work two days a week. Also flexibility and stretch classes two days a week in evening after work. Both classes are excellent classes for working people at the end of a long week of working. Helps the core and strength circulation in the body.

The programs at W.D. Ley YMCA are well organized and facilitated. Every morning it is a joy to walk into the Y and be greeted by such a warm and caring staff.
The instructors are well trained, caring and patient. They are as excited about teaching their classes as we (students) are about learning new routines that will inevitably improve our quality of life!

First off, I love the cleanliness of the facility. The staff is friendly and courteous. The exercising equipment in this facility is 99% of the time operable! All of the programs are engaging and fun. I have been able to participate in all of the activities. The instructors are just amazing in giving instructions for the various programs. When they see that the activity might be a little too strenuous for you, they immediately tell you to go at your pace but keep moving. Whenever I'm at the W.D.Ley YMCA it is always an enjoyable and fun time!

I love the sauna and weight machines. Everything else is the same like other Ys.
