The swim lessons, my son has enjoys going to his sessions everyday with the coaches while being able to interact with other children.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Would like you to extend our Water Exercise Class for Seniors until August . Morning hours and our instructor is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Not two days a week.

I like the pool. I am hoping next year you will have water aerobics again.
I really like Katie's Dance Cardio.
Katie is a wonderful person and teacher.

Caring group exercise instructors like Katie Malloy and Priscilla. Sub instructor Mona is very good in helping achieve the proper form for exercise positions. Love this “extra” aspect—it shows how much she cares and is not just going through the motions.

I enjoy the FOREVER WELL sessions. I don't get to come every week but when I do Katie makes it worth it efforts. Could they be increased to MWF?
