Have not attended any of them. But my hubby & I are impressed with how clean the place is!

Also sometimes the music is too loud for us older folks! 😊

Please add more cycling & body pump classes into the MORNING class rotations! Love the current CSI (Elena) & HIT (Rodney/Iassac) MORNING classes.

I enjoy the group exercise. Also, you have a choice of the weight rooms. They all types of machines.. There are staff member / trainer that will help you or assist . All the staff are very professional , courteous and friendly, etc.

I love going to the Y the staff is very courteous helpful friendly and they always go out of the way to help everybody plus they have so many classes if I can’t go to Zumba in the morning I can always go in the afternoon and the Zumba and cardio instructors are so sweet and friendly I am so glad I switched from fitness connection to come to the YMCA and is even closer to my house and the members that go there are very friendly also I feel that everybody here is like my second family

The staff members are always friendly and helpful-Especially Amy and David! Both are always making sure the machines are working and David is always cleaning them.

I'm comfortable with the group exercises. The instructors encourage me, even though I haven't been to the Y for 2 years. I plan to continue coming back.

It's a chan for me to remaine active. I'm 90 years old. If I just sat in a chaire,I'd never get out.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love my exercise classes. The people are always friendly and helpful. The classes are very crowded right now. Only the silver sneakers class has been able to maintain distance between us and keep us spread out. Cardio dance, Zumba, and wednesday low impact combo are a little crowded almost too close. The employees are great. Always friendly with a greeting and always helpful
