Senior classes offered are great. Would like to have one added to Thursday before or after Yoga. That would make two each day.
ForeverWell. Trainers. Wish we had more try-it programs. I.e. Zumba, cycling, etc…. Just a day for newbies to try different programs.

I love water aerobics. Wish Debbie taught more classes & at 8 in am. Very disappointed the YMCA dropped Silver Sneakers.
It would be nice to have “lots more” forever well classes.

Its Close to My House ....being Handicapped....I use Primarily the Pool...Easy Access for Me ...with Handicapped Parking Close to Front Door....So Basically I am saying I like the Layout ...and the Access it Provides.....Please Do NOT lock the Pool Access Doors on the Weekend i Cannot Walk All the Way around to Access the Pool...nor can other Handicapped People I know and Associate with...
I have Found that People Who are NOT Handicapped Disregard the Needs of Those that Are......!!!!
Other than that I find Shadow Bend YMCA a Quality Facility that I use Often....and Enjoy...
The instructors that I've had are all very nice and explain things during class very thoroughly.
Convenient location from my home. Clean facility. Private unisex hot tub and sauna. Wide variety of equipment options.
Last week I was scheduled to do a water walking class and I forgot my towel so I was unable to do my class. It would be nice if you could have some towels that you might be able to rent out and then return when this happens as it is very inconvenient if you don’t have a towel by forgetting to pack one. If the towel is not returned they could charge our accounts just a thought.

Terrific facility. Pleasant and helpful staff. I was having trouble with one of the cardio machines on Saturday and the young man in the fitness center was so helpful.
