Things are well organized
Forever well group classes , water exercise water walking
The lap swim schedule is very organized. However, I don’t think there should be such a high monthly fee for Master’s swim
I love the Child watch program and my kids love going too! Body pump is also my favorite class.

I enjoy cycling and body pump classes. The instructors are great. They make the class challenging and fun. I also enjoy swimming laps in the pool. The scheduling system ensures I have a lane to swim in.

The YMCA in both Woodlands sites promotes community and overall wellness. It's not a promo or a "line." It has always been what they do. In times of crisis, they have stepped up their game to help those in need.
I like the reservation system for the swimming pool. I am sure of a lane to swim when I come to the Y.
There is a lot to choose from. The whole family can enjoy.

I am so glad to be back at the YMCA at Shawdowbend! I appreciate them offering high quality programs for all interests and doing all they can to keep the facility clean and safe. I prefer intense cardio and am glad Body Combat has been added back in at this location. I am still missing Cardio Mix with Allister and hope it gets brought back...one of the best classes you had and accessible to so many age groups and ability levels!
I am a swimmer. Being able to schedule my lane time is not only convenient but very much appreciated. With confidence I know when I go to swim, I have space to do so! Thanks to all the staff at The Shadowbend YMCA, They make it happen!

I only use the pool for water walking, but all the staff are friendly and professional.
They are geared to all ages.
The staff at this y are very good, friendly, caring and good at what the do. The have especially helpful through this Covid experience and activities reservation process. I spend most of my time swimming at the pool and the exercise room.

The instructors especially Natalya, Pam, Lisa(Friday yoga) and Jan. Front desk is always pleasant and helpful. Huge shout-out to the evening crew during the week.
Excellent coaches , trainers and equipment
I have always enjoyed the water classes but feel very unsafe now having to go through the very slippery shower area to access the pool. Someone is surely going to fall with this scenario. I would hesitate to recommend the classes with this requirement.
