We really love the eGym machines. They provide a great workout. They are getting very popular though and sometimes, there's a wait to get started.
My favorite classes are water aerobics and low impact cardio combo!! Debbie, the instructor, is GREAT!!!!!

I enjoy your low impact exercises and the egym. I will go back to the water exercises when the water is warmer and the overhead is closed.
I love Shellee Eudy’s Pilates class, and I love being able to use that workout room across from reception. It’s almost perfect. Just wish there were two each of the heavier kettle bells. There’s only one of each weight. I like to do farmers carry with them.
I love the large selection of classes and the inspiring instructors who are so energetic. The machines are nice and great quality too. The pools always look so inviting.

I LOVE your programs and activities. I have been attending Dana's Body Pump at 6:15 am on Monday and 5:15am on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Dana is knowledgeable about body pump, an excellent time manager and relates extremely well with all members. Dana is an excellent instructor.

Professional - great with instructions to make certain exercises are done correctly and based on the individual.
