Being able to sign up for a class online instead of just showing up. Instructors are great.
Would like to see TRX come back to the schedule.
I just have used the cardio and weight room .everything is great except a couple machines have been out of service for at least 90 days.. this is unexceptional. The people at front desk are very good and professional.
Varied programs
I like the Forever Well exercise sessions because I have chronic pain and limited mobility.
I’m also very pleased that Linda ( at the reception desk) is developing the social activity program for older members. The activities I have attended so far were fun. Great job, Linda!
I like the gym and pool. The pool reservation system is good, BUT there are a lot of no shows. Some people make reservations and then do not cancel when they cannot make it, leaving others with no available slots.
I think Lian is one of the best yoga/tai chi teachers I've ever had. Thanks for having her.
Group Ex instructors are excellent, all of them!
Low membership rates, no crazy frills expenses.
I love the extensive choice in exercise classes all day long.

Terrific facility. Pleasant and helpful staff. I was having trouble with one of the cardio machines on Saturday and the young man in the fitness center was so helpful.

Variety of activities in classes.
Senior classes offered are great. Would like to have one added to Thursday before or after Yoga. That would make two each day.
ForeverWell. Trainers. Wish we had more try-it programs. I.e. Zumba, cycling, etc…. Just a day for newbies to try different programs.

I love the water aerobic classes. All the instructors are fabulous. The whirlpool does look like it could use a good cleaning.
