The trainers who direct the Silver Sneakers and Foreverwell exercise classes are knowledgeable and caring. The equipment in the gyms is plentiful, newer, and maintained. There are many activities to choose from for all ages, too.

Love the Y. I have one Ask...Could Studio A (the one that's at the end of the long straight hall by the cycling room) change all the short mat's out for the longer ones and get hanging racks that fit?
The majority of the mats in that room are less than 5'. I'm only 5' and either my head or feet are off the mat for all my laying exercises. Often, all the longer mats are already taken.
The hanging rack double hooks are way too narrow for most of the mats' double holes, even some of the short ones. Lastly, those hooks on the racks are super high. Many of us cannot reach to hook & hang the mats. This has been a problem for over a year. I am sorry nobody has mentioned this sooner.
Great facilities and community
I like the indoor swimming pool for swimming laps, but it gets pretty crowded sometimes. The weight room and cardio room are good, although small. The locker room is improved with the additional privacy in the showers.

Everything! This YMCA offers a variety of programs and activities. It also has excellent customer service and opens on time everyday!

There is plenty of exercise equipment to use. The spaces are not overcrowded. I like the eGym equipment which tracks my progress. The people who work there seem to be knowledgeable and are very helpful when needed.
