I go to the Y for water aerobics. I have attended classes for over a year and feel much stronger. My day is much better when I begin with a swim!

Everyone is friendly and the instructors make it fun. Just wish Debbie's classes where in the gym and not small rooms. Not enough room for everyone to attend.

I have recently been using the Y360 app a lot & really appreciate having it when I can't get to the Y. The online workouts are exactly what I need to fit into my schedule.

Have special activities for seniors. May I suggest a few more recumbent bikes. Not those weird looking ones. People avoid those and use gingerly. Thanks

We like the EGYM. Though it is getting very busy. You also have some other good classes like Low Impact and Boby Pump.

Family Christian organization. This is a wonderful place for families with children or seniors that need a great place to exercise and meet new people. The Y has activities for all ages and has a great environment.
