I love Debbie Phillips AOA classes. They are more like dancing than exercising and are fun fun fun. I wish she could teach tap classes for adults.

I am a Sr Cit who regularly (for the most part) goes to Silver Sneakers class on Mon and Wed.. Our fearless leader, Denice, does a great job of making us all feel well as she puts us through our routines. That’s just one perk of belonging to this “Y”...it’s a beautiful ‘gym’ with lots to do .. Machines of all sort and great instructors and personnel to make you feel welcome.. most on. ‘First name’ basis... Come and see for yourself.. our Silver /sneakers hour is at 1 p.m. Monday, Wed and Fri... it’s a ‘use at your own personal pace. Highly recommended...

Excercise classes. AOA
We LOVE the Y! I feel very comfortable leaving my 3 kids in the child watch rooms. We use all 3 of the rooms and each one is great. I feel safe knowing my kids are cared for. They know my kids by name and genuinely care.
I also love the group fitness classes. Kim is an amazing pilates instructor! I wish we had her barre class there as well!

Great spin and group classes
I like that the Kid Zone doesn’t feel like a place where you park your kid while you workout. My daughter really looks forward to going and has a great time when we’re there, which makes it so that I can feel good about our visits.
The group class
Love all your programs and great instructors. One improvement would be a running/jogging track with rubberized footing (like at Walnut Park or childrens playground at Walter Hall Park). Running on concrete is hard on the knees!
I have not participated in any programs or activities. I use the facility for weightlifting, aerobic machines and stretching and appreciate these facilities very much.
Clean and not over crowded.
You have plenty of different classes to try out, plenty of exercise equipment to use and also plenty of help from the staff. I had been taking the zumba class and the kickboxing class and have enjoyed both of them very much. They are both great workouts and definitely enjoy the music as well as the instructors. They both have so much energy, you can't help but enjoy and get into the class.
I usually just use the treadmills, which has been a challenge since the remodel.
Often one or more treadmills is out of order, and the total number of treadmills was reduced in the remodel. Frustrating to have to wait 20 minutes or more for a machine.

New Gym equipment is excellent
I use the cardio/weight room fairly often. Very pleased with all the machines. And also, I am one of the pickleball players every Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings. The courts & nets are super to play on. We have a great time while getting really good exercise. And it has a lively social component as well. The game helps keep the mind & body healthy.

Senior classes

I like the Silver Sneakers classes and would like more opportunities. The classes are quite crowded now.
I think the other offerings, such as birthdays, card design, etc., are a good idea.
Zayrel is a gifted artist and I like seeing her artwork.
I like that you offer free coffee, although sometimes it is cold or the containers are empty.
I would like more seating in the hallways for socializing.
I like that there are activities for children.
I haven't used the machines for a while but I appreciate that you are updating the machines over time.
