I really enjoy the group exercise classes and my kids enjoy both the child watch and the pool. In the summer, my husband and I get to get in a workout, then we pick up the kids and spend an hour at the pool. It's a great Saturday morning for all of us.

AOA programs
There is a good variety of programs for all interests and ability levels. Most of the instructors are friendly and encouraging.
I like that I can come in and go through my exercises, visit with colleagues, and get out in about an hour, and feel like I’ve done something good for my body.
I’m in my fifth year at the Perry (League City) location. The facility is immaculate— always.
The senior’s classes are so beneficial for body and mental health. I can’t say enough about the outstanding instructor, Debbie Phillips. She is encouraging and engaged with all of us. It’s truly my extended family. Wonderful to see groups congregating again. Many don’t understand just how important the social aspect is for seniors. Hugs and interaction go a long way to keep older adults from depression and loneliness.
The Wellness Program is excellent. I just joined the group and I felt right at home Thanks
The youth program options are great. I do wish more adult classes would be offered after business hours.
I like that the programs are the same times for child watch. I can spend one on one time with each child if I need to while at the pool.
Exercise for senior citizens
The instructors are excellent. They are friendly, caring, and motivating.
I am very disappointed with the change in your aquatics schedule! Last year we could schedule 45 minute sessions, which is what I need for my workouts. Now you ave schedules for 30 minutes each, which means I cannot get a full workout without scheduling 2 30-minute back-to-back sessions. I don't even know if this is possible, so have not been swimming there this year.

I love the Zumba, kickboxing, & cardio dance classes! I love the programs offered for our children to participate in. Everyone is helpful and friendly.

I like that a wide variety of classes are available. Although please bring regular Mat Pilates back as an alternative to pop Pilates.

Hiro is the Best instructor....Kick boxing and Interval class!! The Wellness center is a great option too!! :)
