I like that the YMCA has special sports programs for special needs children. My son has Down Syndrome and he wants to play sports but he doesn't understand the rules. He could not play with his peers. The YMCA offers the perfect solution. He gets to play sports with his friends without the pressure of winning or losing.
I really like the group classes! There is such a variety to choose from. I try to attend both Silver Sneakers classes at least twice a week and they have really helped me stay agile and flexible. Thank you Ellen, Ruth, and Cindi!!

I only use the exercise equipment and I appreciate the quality, cleanliness and the staff friendliness.
I like the senior classes very much but wish they were offered Five days a week and at different times.
There is lots of equipment available for every type of workout.
There is a wide variety of programs an activities for every stage of fitness and all age groups. The programs are offered at times to accommodate all schedules and lifestyles.
