What I don't like is the noise in the hall on Friday dance day. I work out upstairs on the machines right above the hall. Also almost all the machines I work out on have a view of plain gray walls no view by the windows. Big disappointment after spending a year in a windowless gym.

Love water aerobics--great instructors!!
I attend water aerobics 3-4 times a week. As a senior citizen (72) I rely on these classes to stay active. It's an important part of my life at this time, I appreciate the instructors, Carin, Margarita, Joan & Faith.
Suit my needs and lots of very nice people to share swimming exercise with!

Mostly use the equipment and afterwards enjoy a cup of coffee and friendly conversation.
The focus is mostly on strength and wellness, not competition or looks. The childwatch staff is the best in Houston.
The group exercise and t wonderful staff .
Nice, clean facility and friendly, helpful staff. Love the child care rooms. My children enjoy playing there.
Wish the website was better. It is very difficult to figure out what programs are available at my local Y using the website.

I enjoy water aerobics. Temperature of water is kept at a comfortable temperature & teachers are good.

The hours are great, the selection of equipment and classes are fantastic.
Love you group fitness classes. Lots of variety and times. Also like the new virtual classes for when I can't get to an instructor led class. Even more options!

Friendly instructors and variety of classes.
Most activities except for water activities (cls time) which conflict w/ 9:45 or 10:45 time frame classes.
Instructors are encouraging and challenge you.
Staff is awesome and seem to listen to input.
One complaint is T/Thur low impact or aqua cls. limited in 9 to 11 time frame. I do still enjoy our W. Lake Houston Y.
