There are options for all ages, interests and fitness levels. The staff is amazing, very supportive and friendly. Our Kingwood Y is like family!

Brand new facility with plenty of options including basketball and CrossFit. Friendly staff greet you when you enter and are walking around to answer questions or concerns.

1. The great and wonderful people I get to workout with everyday.
2. The great team that welcome and help us while we are working out:
- Michael, always welcoming us cheerfully with a smile at 4:30 am!!!
- Andrew, one of the best;
- Erand, a pleasant young man;
- Bailey, a very sweet lady;
- Tim Kelly, ever so encouraging;
- Tim #2, I have not seen him in a while, I hope he's okay.
- The sweet ladies that welcome us on Saturday morning. Sorry I have not gotten to know their names yet. Will work on that!
