I absolutely love the aerial yoga classes that are instructed by Ginger. It's unique and different, and has helped me recover from my shattered ankle!
Instructor-led, group exercises! All of these programs are led by very qualified, motivating instructors. Because these programs are scheduled, I am motivated to come to the class because of the instructors, socializing with my group peers, and peer pressure. I have had a life time of false starts with trying to be self-motivated to use weight machines, treadmills, etc., and would quickly drop out of club memberships as a result. So to reiterate, regularly scheduled, instructor-led, group exercises are a must-have to mitigate procrastination which leads to dropping my membership. Thank you.
Only participate in the lap pool - very enjoyable
The variety of classes for seniors!
They motivate people to work out when they are having a hard time focusing and having the drive to work out. I like the pool.
Friendly.
I like the gym. I like the basketball courts. (I wish the outdoor courts were available). I like the pool. I like the kids’ sports programs.
I like the classes.
I don’t prefer hot yoga.
I would like to see more Pilates classes offered.
I would like to see more classes on the weekends offered.
It would be nice to get a steam sauna some day!

I am really enjoying the Yoga classes. I do wish that there was at least one class that was given later in the evening, sometimes it is hard to get to prepare dinner prior to Yoga and after it seems so late and I hate missing on these days. Everything else is great! Thank you.
You have exercises for seniors
I love my water aerobics/Zumba class on Wednesday and Friday instructed by Margaretta, Yoko, krista and Morgan. The Monday water class is ok but Tuesday and Thursday class leaves a lot to be desired. I was hoping you would offer a low impact land base water areobics class on a consistent basis on Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 to 9:45 instructed by Krista and Yoko as it was when the pool was closed for cleaning. My husband and I would be the first in line to attend. We’ve tried to schedule all of our various appointments medical and otherwise around our Wednesday and Friday classes whenever possible. I’ve invited another person as my guest who plans to join in the next few months and plan to invite 2 other friends as my guest to the Wednesday and or Friday Class, which are FUN FUN FUN!!!. The facilities are awesome, clean and well maintained. Staff has always welcomed us with a smile, eager to assist and have catered to our every need. The only thing missing is a steam room, sauna, whirlpool and a massage therapist. I’m sure that will come one day once the COVID-19 Pandemic has passed😍
I need a scaled down program. I don’t come often but would like to come more. The class I went to was the tamest that you have and it was full. I have only been to one. I wouldn’t be able to do any others I don’t believe.

I only use the pool for lap swimming. The lap reservation system works well. The guards are super!

Virtual morning classes: Body pump and grit athletic. And live Body Pump in the evenings
