Swim! The woman who cleans dressing area is spectacular! Front staff very friendly and helpful. There is always staff available on the floor to ask questions. I’m glad I joined! So many classes!

I love the classes that are geared toward the elderly.
I am a senior adult and I love all the classes that are geared for us!! I think the instructors are wonderful and really help us with physical issues that we are facing in our “golden years”! I also enjoy our day trips that are organized so nicely by Ginger Swallow! Occasionally I go upstairs and use a few of the machines which I find very beneficial! I try my best to visit the Y five days a week!!
I like variety when it comes to classes. Always looking for something new. Would like to see Maria's Pound class come back. I used to do a kettle bell class at a Y in a different state. It was a lot of fun.
It's nice to be able to try new classes. Doing the same thing every week can get old.
The senior classes are good and I like them but they are a lot of the same routine movements.

My daughter loves the volleyball clinics and games! It’s a great way to meet new friends, keep in touch with old friends and learn a sport in time for middle school. She’s 10 and in the 5th grade
