The variety of classes for seniors!
They motivate people to work out when they are having a hard time focusing and having the drive to work out. I like the pool.
Friendly.
I like the gym. I like the basketball courts. (I wish the outdoor courts were available). I like the pool. I like the kids’ sports programs.
I like the classes.
I don’t prefer hot yoga.
I would like to see more Pilates classes offered.
I would like to see more classes on the weekends offered.
It would be nice to get a steam sauna some day!

I love the instructors for the Forever a young programs at the Lake Houston Y.

I am really enjoying the Yoga classes. I do wish that there was at least one class that was given later in the evening, sometimes it is hard to get to prepare dinner prior to Yoga and after it seems so late and I hate missing on these days. Everything else is great! Thank you.
You have exercises for seniors
I love my water aerobics/Zumba class on Wednesday and Friday instructed by Margaretta, Yoko, krista and Morgan. The Monday water class is ok but Tuesday and Thursday class leaves a lot to be desired. I was hoping you would offer a low impact land base water areobics class on a consistent basis on Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 to 9:45 instructed by Krista and Yoko as it was when the pool was closed for cleaning. My husband and I would be the first in line to attend. We’ve tried to schedule all of our various appointments medical and otherwise around our Wednesday and Friday classes whenever possible. I’ve invited another person as my guest who plans to join in the next few months and plan to invite 2 other friends as my guest to the Wednesday and or Friday Class, which are FUN FUN FUN!!!. The facilities are awesome, clean and well maintained. Staff has always welcomed us with a smile, eager to assist and have catered to our every need. The only thing missing is a steam room, sauna, whirlpool and a massage therapist. I’m sure that will come one day once the COVID-19 Pandemic has passed😍
I need a scaled down program. I don’t come often but would like to come more. The class I went to was the tamest that you have and it was full. I have only been to one. I wouldn’t be able to do any others I don’t believe.

I’m a senior with back problems and they have really helped me.
I only use the pool for lap swimming. The lap reservation system works well. The guards are super!
All the different classes that you have!
Virtual morning classes: Body pump and grit athletic. And live Body Pump in the evenings
They keep the facility very clean. They also get the machines repaired quickly.
I like the very skilled instructors and the workout room is awesome
The employees, especially the ForeverWell instructors keep me coming back.
I just wish the hours on Sunday would be expanded, to at least pre-pandemic times

CSI has helped me improve my fitness so much. It’s self paced so I’m able to keep up but it’s so challenging so I always notice improvements. Marie is so motivating. She’s kind, encouraging and challenging. This, in addition to Ginger’s yoga and aerial yoga classes have been such an awesome combination. I used to feel so much pain my my wrist from a prior injury but through aerial yoga, I have built up strength in my wrist and have very little pain now. It’s amazing. I’ve been dealing with this pain for years. Ginger is so good at coaching you through functional exercises. Aisha’s Zumba class on Friday is so fun. It feels like you’re at a party with her energy that I don’t even realize I’m getting a workout.
