Friendly atmosphere, positive, work/play together, kids have fun
The youth sports are a great introduction to sports for my son. He needs to try different sports and see which ones he likes, and the YMCA's sports programs offer that. It's unique in the Kingwood area.
I love our Tiny Tots soccer coach but wish there were stair-stepped levels she could enroll in. We did soccer last season and are doing it again and she is frustrated with having to start over with basic drills. I also wish there was a wider variety of sports to sign up for.
I would like to see more programs for the seniors and more available times. Classes that go to at least 1 pm for the not so early birds.

Have added yoga to my routine. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the classes with Angela Keys. Great combination of core, balance, aerobic elements. Plus, she has such a warm and supportive way about her. This class has really impacted my life in a positive way and is a good companion to my swim days.

I love the water aerobics classes taught by Margaretta. Krista and Morgan. The water exercise class on Tuesday and zThursday aren’t as good. Is it possible to clone Margaretta, Krista and Morgan and have them teach a class on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in addition to thir class on Wednesday and Friday’s?😍😍😂😂That would really be Awsome! I’ve invited friends as my guest to my water aerobics and they have been impressed as well!

I would never be able to afford the type of equipment the YMCA has at home. It’s a clean, quiet space to exercise on some amazing equipment.

Feels like you are always welcome
I would like to have Spanish speaking instructors on the pool activities, and the instructors that are working now to be more efficient to integrate the new people it doesn’t matter what nationality they are. They explain the routine, but they only talk to the others peoples and they know whom are new. Also when a person is new on the building will be nice to have an orientation where are located the rooms to each class.
Really enjoy the weight room and the vast array of exercise equipment. I also very much appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I do wish that management could post some signs as a friendly reminder to members not to sit and occupy a machine while texting. On more than a couple of occasions, I have waited for a machine while its occupier continued texting back and forth with friends. It was minor annoyance to me, but I have seen others become angry and it would be nice to see this addressed before it becomes an issue.
The wide selection of classes, great teachers, clean facility, excellent equipment! Friendly staff!
