l frequently swim and use the fitness center. The staff are warm, friendly, and helpful. They make working out pleasant. I generally swim in the morning, and the staff often call me by name when they greet me.

I love the silver sneakers program. I do wish there were a few more classes offered, however I do understand economics play a vital roll in programs.
I really like the workout room because it helps me to get rid of some calories in my stomach area. The machines I use is the treadmill and bicycle.
