Kristin is the greatest yoga instructor. She cares about each of those in the class. Her expertise is of the highest quality. Kristin is the best of the best.
The teachers are outstanding. I love my Pilates, low compact cardio, yoga and Barre classes. Mistie and Kristin are excellent teachers!
So far I have only enjoyed water aerobics since the Missouri City Y has reopened. I really miss Zumba and other activities at the West Orem Y.

There are a variety of classes that I am interested in attending. The instructor are great and committed.
I have enjoyed the variety of activities and especially the weight room. The guys there are absolutely the best! They are always willing to help and make every visit pleasant! I am pleased with the cleanliness of your facility. You all did a great job dealing with Covid. It is wonderful the the YMCA gives opportunities to so many kids. We were long time members of the Houston YMCA on Fondren before moving to Fort Bend in 1993 so, at that time, enjoyed all the activities for our 3 children. Keep up the good work!
The YMCA has a great swimming program, and they have made swim lessons fun and effective for my kids.
Hours are good. And I like the availability of Lap Swim starting at 5:30. Only thing better would be to have it available to start at 5:00 or 5:15.

I like the diverse class offerings. I wish you had more time offerings. Classes seem to stop at about 11 am and nothing til 5:30. I’m sure moms and others would appreciate more classes during the day.
My husband and I enjoy the Forever Well Cardio chair classes with Misty, our instructor. We enjoy meeting new people and greeting old friends. The Y gets us out of the house. Life is good.
I am sorry you no longer support the Silver Sneakers Program. Many disadvantaged seniors were able to use the Y because of that service. Sad that they seem to be swept aside. Maybe you should reconsider taking the Christian out of YM_A
Your prorams are great. The only problem, your inside classes. The instructors do not respect the incoming class. The previous instuctors, all of them do this. they are still there while we are coming in for our class. They are just stopping their classes on our time even though the schecule has given them enough time to have finished and exited. They are cleaning up, floor is still wet and we have to wait until they put away their equipment, Dry the floor again. I wish someone would address this with all the instuctors. I will continue to complain until some one address this with them. I go to other clubs, gyms, the Y is the only club that have instuctors that disrespect the incoming class.

Yoga barre and lap swim
You are open to attend most anytime, U love the out door pool for lap swimming, which is my main activity. It is close to my house and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
The Senior exercise classes with Mistie are absolutely wonderful! She is aware of our different levels of physical abilities and gives us options of movements. Her classes offer social and mental health, as well as physical.
